Monty Python and the Holy Grail: the ITIL do-over

| August 21, 2012

Is this blog post particularly technical? No. Does it shine a light on elements of ITIL that are otherwise confusing or hard to implement? No again. Does it make for some great light reading for people who use ITIL and also enjoy Monty Python? Why yes, yet it certainly does!

This post by Ian Clayton gives the ITIL treatment to the bridge scene from Monty Python. Instead of asking about air speed velocities, for instance, the bridge keeper asks about “What is missing from this representation of the Service Pipeline and Catalog diagram from page 74 of Service Strategy”.

If you have a few minutes for a laugh, visit the Service Management 101 blog and enjoy Clayton’s handiwork.
